A 55-year-old man without HIV infection history, presented with neglected giant peri-anal condyloma acuminatum evolving for more than 10 years. Histologic findings revealed a condyloma acuminatum of Buschke and Lowenstein tumor without verrucous carcinoma. A patient was admitted for radiation therapy in our department. Clinical examination revealed a huge infected mass, cauliflower-like, infiltrating the left buttock and perineum.
